All payments made through our Bill Payment Services are final. Once a transaction has been successfully processed, no cancellation, refund,
or exchange will be permitted.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the bill details they provide, including the consumer number, biller/operator name, and payment amount.
Billpayments Services is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect details entered during the transaction.
Please verify all information carefully before proceeding with payment.
However, in case your account/card/bank is charged but the bill payment is not processed or reflected within 24 hours of transaction completion, you may notify us by emailing at support@camlenio.in or by using the "Contact Us" section on our website.
All users note that the registration amount and retailers fees are non refundable non transferable.
All transactions in our system are reconciled with operators on transaction + 2 working day
(excluding Sundays & holidays) basis. For all transactions which have failed, we will process a refund within 2-4 working days
from the date of transaction and will be informed in confirmation.
This is an automatic process and
will be followed in all cases, however, for cases where you have received a success confirmation but not received a Bill payments or
any other case you are welcome to log a complaint by opening a support ticket on our contact us page and we will provide you a
quick resolution.
Kindly note, in all cases our liability is only restricted to providing you a valid
Bill or refund to the extent of payment received by us. We shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential
liability arising out of a failed Bill on our system.
